Taylor Lautner has become a father for the first time. The Twilight star and his wife, Tay Lautner, announced the arrival of their baby girl on social media, revealing that the little girl was born on September 16.
The couple shared a sweet photo of their newborn and introduced her as Lennon Taylor Lautner, although they have already given her the nickname Lenny.
The baby’s name immediately caught attention because Taylor and Tay already share the same first name. Their daughter now carries “Taylor” as her middle name, continuing the unusual family name tradition.

The couple announced their pregnancy in March with a playful message asking, “What’s better than two Taylor Lautners?” Months later, they revealed that they were expecting a girl.
Taylor and Tay married in 2022 after meeting through the actor’s sister. Tay, who previously used the surname Dome, took her husband’s last name after their wedding and often goes by Tay to avoid confusion.
For Taylor, becoming a father also fulfills a dream he has spoken about before. During the pregnancy, he shared how excited he was about becoming a girl dad, while Tay documented parts of her journey to motherhood.
