American actor Ben Affleck, who continues to see Jennifer Lopez amid news of their rumored divorce, is moving again. This time, he’s relocating from his bachelor apartment, where he’s been living recently, to his own house in Los Angeles.
According to foreign media reports citing their own sources, Affleck has purchased a home for $20.5 million in the Brentwood area of West Los Angeles. This week, movers were spotted near his apartment carrying furniture, mirrors, and boxes filled with various items, including one marked “books.”
It seems that Ben and Jennifer have decided to live separately and only meet occasionally on neutral ground. The actors also have a shared mansion, which they put up for sale. They purchased their marital home in May 2023 for $60.8 million and listed it for $68 million after rumors of divorce. However, they received a $64 million offer from a couple in New Jersey, but something went wrong, and the deal fell through, according to foreign journalists.
It’s worth noting that rumors of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s divorce began circulating in the media earlier this year. Later, in August, it was revealed that J.Lo had filed for divorce and declined Ben’s alimony.
