Talk about a turnaround! In just 3 months, this building went from dilapidated to dazzling! Check out the stunning transformation! 🏢✨
These newlyweds, about whom the story will be told, wanted to purchase housing in a house under construction. But, unfortunately, there was not enough finance for a new building, and I had to purchase an apartment in the old building. The photographs show that the premises urgently required repairs; it was definitely impossible to move in there.
The rooms are lined up. The apartment is adjacent to the former service passage. The new owners annexed it, and now the total living area is 88 m2. All this requires repairs, and not just for one day, so the guys had to rent housing in the same area during the repairs, which took three months.
The designer proposed the following solution, which was approved by the owners. The layout was changed, combining the kitchen and living room into one room, with a small passage, and the door was moved. The cooking area, including the kitchen unit, was made light, and a dark accent was left in the dining room.
A dark-colored bar counter separated the kitchen and living space; now it is also used as a work area. In the dining room, a round table with wooden chairs was installed near the window.
A large bright green sofa was placed in the living room. The TV is installed opposite, on a small wenge-colored cabinet.
The balcony was equipped with a seating area where you can organize evening gatherings at home.
Minimalism is the main accent of the bedroom. One is black and the other three are snow white. There was a large bed against the dark wall. Nearby there is a dressing table for the beautiful housewife.
They made a dressing room in the pantry.
Due to the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor, equipment for a hammam was installed instead of a traditional bathroom.
Now the owners are confident that such changes have become the best use of space, and living in the apartment is now very convenient. And thanks to the hammam, now they have their own “zest”.
