According to media reports, Brad Pitt is accusing his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, of alienating their children from him—especially their eldest sons, Maddox and Pax, who are said to harbor deep resentment toward their father.
As reported by Heat Magazine, Pitt has made efforts to repair his relationship with his kids, particularly Pax. However, back in 2020 on Father’s Day, Pax allegedly wrote a scathing message referring to Brad as a “world-class a**hole.”
After years of tension and emotional distance, sources claim Pitt has finally come to terms with the estrangement. Yet, he doesn’t blame the children themselves.
“He doesn’t hold the kids responsible—he believes Angelina poisoned their minds for years, painting him as a monster,” an insider told the outlet.
It reportedly breaks his heart that his children believed it and want nothing to do with him. Pitt has supposedly tried everything to rebuild those bonds, but nothing worked. The rejection has reportedly left him in a state of deep depression and anger.
Sources add that Brad never imagined his divorce from Jolie would spiral into such a bitter feud.
“He expected some backlash—but he didn’t think she’d go as far as to weaponize the children against him,” they said.
The breakdown in their relationship allegedly began with a 2016 incident aboard a private jet. During a heated argument with Jolie and the children, Brad reportedly became aggressive. In later legal battles over their Château Miraval winery, Jolie claimed that Pitt “grabbed her by the head and shook her,” and that he “struck one child and choked another.”
