When the couple’s relatives first saw the apartment they had bought, they couldn’t help but laugh and doubt it could ever be improved. Despite the skepticism and teasing, the couple didn’t hesitate and immediately set out to transform the space.
The apartment was in rough shape and needed serious work, so they brought in an interior designer to guide the renovation. The first step was removing the outdated materials to create a modern, comfortable living space.

They installed an affordable parquet floor and painted the walls mostly white, except for one accent wall in a deep blue shade, which added a unique and charming touch to the room.
Next to the blue wall, there’s a cozy TV corner with a large, comfy sofa. A spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors was added to make the room feel brighter and more open.

The kitchen was integrated into the living room, featuring large, light-colored tiles on the floor. The former corridor was converted to fit a large fridge. The kitchen cabinets have white upper units and dark gray lower ones, creating a stylish contrast.

The bedroom includes a raised platform with a sleeping area that also offers extra storage underneath. Part of the space is dedicated to a walk-in closet. The bathroom was completely renovated as well, standing out as one of the highlights of the makeover.
