With over 12,000 square feet, it boasts every luxury imaginable—seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, ten fireplaces, a towering kitchen, a grand library, and more. The grounds include two pools, a full guesthouse, and a fully lit tennis court.
But beneath the surface, hidden below this opulent mansion, lies something truly jaw-dropping: an underground replica of an old-fashioned town.
This one-of-a-kind basement features cobblestone “streets,” vintage storefronts, and moody lighting that creates the illusion of walking through a bygone era. It houses 15 themed spaces—including a retro movie theater, barbershop, post office, bar, restaurant, hotel, and even a faux city hall.
Classic cars are parked throughout the underground “neighborhood,” and the ceiling mimics a starlit sky. The entire fantasy world was masterminded by designer Patrick Cullinane—a surreal escape hidden beneath a real-life dream home.
