One of the most scandalous figures in Hollywood is currently facing a retrial on multiple charges of sexual assault. Harvey Weinstein has spoken out from prison, stating that he did not commit the crimes he was convicted of, including rape and harassment.
In a conversation with Candace Owens, the producer held a phone to his ear and demanded a polygraph test to clear his name. “I did not commit these crimes. I swear to God, to the people watching me now, and to my family,” Weinstein said.

Although the businessman completely denied any guilt, he admitted to hitting on Gwyneth Paltrow, but insisted he never assaulted the Iron Man star. “I definitely hit on Paltrow. But I didn’t touch her. The narrative about my relationship with Gwyneth is totally made up. I never laid a hand on her,” the showman claimed.
Paltrow accused Harvey of sexual harassment in a hotel room when she was just 22 years old, after he cast her in the lead role in the 1996 film Emma. “It was weird. I was alone with him in a room. It was unexpected. I was caught off guard. I was shocked,” said the Oscar-winning actress.

Weinstein also commented on Charmed star Rose McGowan, who claimed that he forced her to perform oral sex after she landed a role in the 1997 film Scream. “I made a deal with Rose McGowan. I gave her $100,000: ‘Don’t tell my wife, don’t get me in trouble.’ Everything got mixed up, and that’s what led to them coming after me,” the producer said.
Weinstein was married to fashion designer Georgina Chapman from 2003 to 2021. She is now dating Oscar-winner Adrien Brody. Harvey refused to concede anything regarding actress Ashley Judd, who alleged that he harassed her. “Ashley Judd’s claims are ridiculous,” he stated.

Candace Owens remains one of the few supporters of the producer. She stated that the handling of Weinstein’s case made her lose faith in the justice system. “I don’t think Harvey is a man of high moral character, but I also don’t believe he’s a rapist,” Owens said.
A total of around 60 women have come forward with shocking accusations against Weinstein. He has been convicted of various sex crimes. He is facing a retrial because an appeals court ruled that the New York case against the producer was tainted by false testimony and overturned the verdict. The high-profile case in 2017 sparked the #MeToo movement.
“They broke me. They broke me in half. I have loyal supporters outside of prison who believe in me, but they’re too afraid to speak out. They’re terrified of being fired… I asked for lie detectors to be brought into prison. I know they’re not admissible, but I want the world to know,” added the disgraced producer.
