Kanye West threw a party in Los Angeles to celebrate the release of his new track, with his 11-year-old daughter, North, taking part. Kim Kardashian reluctantly agreed to let North attend, as Kanye shares joint physical and legal custody of their children, giving him the right to spend time with them. However, Kim became upset when security guards informed her that notorious brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate had arrived at the party.
Kardashian does not want any of her children interacting with 38-year-old Andrew and 36-year-old Tristan, or even being in the same room as them. Her concerns are understandable. The Tate brothers were arrested in Romania in 2022 and charged with running a criminal organization for the sexual exploitation of women. They also face sexual crime allegations in the U.S. and the UK, though they deny the charges. Recently, they returned to the U.S. after their entry ban to Romania was lifted.

This was the final straw for the Kardashian-Jenner family representative. Last week, Kanye released the track “Lonely Roads Still Lead to the Sun,” featuring North, but he also used a recorded conversation with his close friend, Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently under arrest for alleged sexual crimes. Additionally, he involved the son of controversial hip-hop mogul Christian “King” Combs.
Kim had been informed about the track in advance and initiated crisis talks with Kanye’s lawyers. It was agreed that the song would not be released. But as usual with Kanye, things didn’t go according to plan, and the defiant rapper posted the track, sparking anger from his ex-wife.

The 24-time Grammy winner previously accused Kim and her family of child sexual exploitation. He also shared a screenshot of text messages between him and Kardashian, where he promised never to speak to her again. Kanye implied that Kim had been blackmailing him, claiming she had long wanted to create a separate project for their daughter and monetize it.
“I asked you that time if I could trademark North’s name. You said ‘yes.’ When she turns 18, she will get it. So stop,” reads the first message. “I sent the documents so she wouldn’t be in the song with Diddy, to protect her. One person needs to register the trademark!” Kim continued in her message.
Aside from North, Kardashian and West have three other children: 9-year-old Saint, 7-year-old Chicago, and 5-year-old Psalm. “Kim’s priority is the well-being and safety of her children, as well as protecting them from Kanye’s scandalous behavior,” a source revealed.
