Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s conflicts with the royal family persist.🤯😡

An expert pointed out the way Prince Harry and Meghan Markle referred to themselves in their statement about the California wildfires and suggested it could be a hidden message. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex subtly hinted at the state of their relationship with the royal family in their statement regarding the fires in Los Angeles.

The couple was deeply shocked by the raging wildfires in California. Neighbors took them in, and over the weekend, they volunteered at the World Central Kitchen, helping distribute food and supplies to those in need.

When authorities in Montecito issued an evacuation warning, the couple sent out a statement expressing condolences: “If your friend, loved one, or pet needs to evacuate and you can offer them a safe place in your home, please do so.” They continued, “And be sure to check if they need assistance with evacuation.”

The statement also included advice for those looking to help disaster victims. Meanwhile, royal commentators were surprised by the styling of Harry and Meghan’s titles in the statement. Columnist Ephraim Hardcastle, writing for the Daily Mail, noted the use of “Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex,” and questioned why Meghan wasn’t referred to as Princess, despite being married to Harry. This same style was consistently used in all their public communications and on their website.

The column also mentioned that after the birth of Prince Archie in 2019, Meghan was referred to as “Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Sussex,” with her title listed as “Princess of the United Kingdom.” Before the birth of Princess Lilibet in 2021, Meghan chose to use her birth name, “Rachel Meghan Markle,” excluding the surname “Harry Mountbatten-Windsor,” and left the “Occupation” field blank.

This year, Meghan is set to star in her own lifestyle show, though its launch has been delayed due to the wildfires. There are speculations that the decision to forgo the “Princess” title, which she is entitled to use, might be a subtle signal of her desire to distance herself from royal life, suggesting that the end of the royal feud may not be near. Incidentally, the show has already faced heavy criticism.
