Dr. Janet Gersten, a pioneering OB/GYN, never anticipated that her three daughters would follow in her footsteps. After giving birth to identical triplets at the age of 35, she raised them to be independent and encouraged them to pursue their passions.
However, as they grew older, the triplets—Vicky, Sarah, and Joanna—became increasingly fascinated by the medical field, particularly their mother’s profession. Despite never being pushed by Dr. Gersten, they all decided to pursue careers in medicine.
In 2017, all three sisters completed their medical residencies and joined their mother’s practice. This unique family dynamic has fostered a strong bond among the four women, who now work together to provide exceptional care to their patients.
Dr. Gersten is immensely proud of her daughters and is grateful for the chance to work alongside them. Together, they form a powerful team, combining their knowledge and passion to make a lasting impact in their community.
