Elle Fanning is happily in a relationship with Rolling Stone CEO Gus Wenner. However, as it turns out, he’s not the only one who makes her heart race. On Jimmy Fallon’s show, the actress revealed that she’s had a crush on another man for a year—55-year-old comedian Jack Black, the star of Jumanji and Kung Fu Panda. Elle shared that she met him earlier this year at the Golden Globe Awards ceremony.
“We were waiting for our cars in the parking lot. My boyfriend said, ‘Elle, come on, go talk to him!’ He convinced me, so I went up and asked for a selfie. And my boyfriend yelled, ‘By the way, you’re her pass into the venue!’” Fanning recalled. At that moment, Jack was with his wife, Tanya Hayden. He laughed and said he “liked” the comment.
“We laughed, I blushed… and I still blush.”
The shared selfie, according to the actress, “turned her world upside down.”
“We have a group chat with my sister and all my friends. It’s mostly about how hot Jack Black is. Like, he’s our perfect man. We constantly send each other videos of him, especially the saxophone clip from the show. He’s just beyond! A legend!” Elle revealed.
