In early autumn, the star of Big Little Lies, Nicole Kidman, laid her mother, Janelle, to rest. The funeral took place in Sydney. Despite the tragic event, Nicole continued working. She participated in promotional tours across the U.S. for her latest films and filmed a new project.
Nicole’s family is concerned about her well-being. Exhaustion and emotional distress have taken a toll on the actress’s health. Currently, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are considering returning to their home country, Australia.
The couple owns a 20-room mansion in Nashville, a home in Beverly Hills, and a designer duplex in Chelsea, New York. They also have property in Australia, including a farmhouse in the Southern Highlands and two penthouses in the Milsons Point area of Sydney, which they rent out.

“For Nicole and Keith, this has been the worst year of their lives. They barely spent any time together, and Nicole had to cope with immense grief on her own. Everyone is really worried about how much more she can handle,” a source shared.
Currently, Kidman is filming a new six-episode crime series, Scarpetta, in the U.S. and participating in numerous premieres for her latest film, Babygirl. “Nicole still looks amazing, but she’s been through so much, and it seems she’s coping with her grief by throwing herself into work. Sometimes she sleeps on the plane more than in her bed. Everyone is concerned for her,” the source added.
Her 57-year-old husband, Keith Urban, is set to perform several concerts in Las Vegas in February. After that, the country singer plans to pause his tour to support his wife.
Recently, Kidman attended Keith’s concert in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Grand Ole Opry. Nicole surprised the audience by stepping onto the stage to enthusiastic applause, showing her support for her husband. The couple took photos and interacted with fans, and at the end of the evening, the actress shared a passionate kiss with her husband as the crowd cheered.

The death of her 84-year-old mother deeply affected Nicole. At the premiere of the series SEAL Team: Lioness, she broke down in tears while mentioning Janelle during an interview on the red carpet. Earlier, the actress was seen at the farewell ceremony for her mother, accompanied by her husband, Keith Urban, and their daughters—16-year-old Sandy and 14-year-old Faith.
