The couple had always wanted to own a house in a quiet area with picturesque nature. Having saved up a considerable amount, they came across an offer that interested them. It was an old house, in which only the stable walls remained. Situated on the edge of the village, the house was far from the main roads.
The main settlement was about forty kilometers away. In addition to the attractive price, the house was next to a beautiful nature reserve and had a large plot of land of 50 acres.
Some may consider this choice questionable, given the relevance of having good infrastructure in modern life. However, the couple, having analyzed all aspects, decided to buy it. They had a clear picture of the future home, initial capital and an irresistible desire to live in such a magnificent place.
