The owners of this property decided to create a spacious communal space by combining the kitchen and living room. The hallway was also integrated into this cozy cocoon, using transparent glass blocks as a divider, which gave the space even more light.

This common space also included a space for a work area.

Common room

Light wallpaper was chosen for the finishing of this area, and PVC flooring imitating wood was laid on the floor. The division between the kitchen and the living room is marked between the side of the accent green sofa and the bar counter, which functions as a dining area.

The TV area is decorated with wooden elements. A weightless hanging cabinet with a concrete look adds lightness and simplifies cleaning. Plant accents bring a sense of freshness.

The work area is highlighted with bright wallpaper. The corner niche includes a place for storing documents and literature.

The kitchen corner is arranged linearly and is complemented by a free-standing refrigerator. A creative apron complements the interior, and wooden facades add warmth.

Sleeping space

The sleeping area is decorated with plaster-like wallpaper and a bright headboard with a plant motif. Green curtains and a plant make an accent, emphasizing the freshness.

There is a wardrobe at the entrance, and a reading area near the window. The hostess’s work area is located at the foot of the bed.

Hallway

The wall with the mirror is decorated with decorative wallpaper. The passage to the bedroom is equipped with a functional storage system, including a place for sitting and shoes.

Bathrooms

The bathroom was finished with gray porcelain tiles, with accent tiles around the toilet. Despite the limited space, there is everything you need.
