Initially, plastic surgery was invented to help people restore their body features after injuries, etc. But over time, people themselves came up with uses for it.
And it was women who came up with this, of course! Why not change your nose? Maybe it was small before… Or enlarge your lips. And so it all went on. Today we have hundreds, thousands of similar faces that are hard to tell apart.
