The singer shared photos of her new hairstyle and, most notably, new color. The star went blonde, styling her hair in a way that’s unusual for her — soft curls with a headband. As it turns out, the transformation was for a role: Lopez was playing Aurora in the film Kiss of the Spider Woman.
Bringing Aurora to life, she said, felt like stepping into a dance from the golden age of cinema — full of glamour, sparkle, and endless dancing. “Time travel has never been this much fun,” Lopez added.
