“We decided to go our separate ways. This decision wasn’t easy for us, but we believe it’s best for both of us. I cherish the time we spent together and the love we shared. Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and sincere. We are still best friends and care for each other. By focusing on our individual paths and roles as parents, we value our bond and the wonderful moments we’ve shared. Thank you for the love and support,” DDG wrote.
The reasons for the breakup remain unclear, but rumors of tension in the couple’s relationship began earlier this year when Halle and DDG unfollowed each other on social media. The actress dismissed these speculations as “false.” In July, she traveled to Europe with her partner and their son, Halo.
While in Italy, the couple even held a photoshoot by the Mediterranean Sea. In the pictures shared by Halle, they appeared to be a happy young family. Additionally, the actress expressed her desire to have more children with the rapper and dreamed of a large family, while DDG remained silent on the matter.
