«A Decade After the Tragic Incident: 😮How Michael Schumacher, the Racing Driver, Is Living Today!»💓

On January 3, Michael Schumacher will celebrate his 55th birthday. The seven-time Formula 1 champion currently resides in his family’s comfortable home in Gland, Switzerland. Back in 2014, Schumacher’s manager mentioned significant health improvements, but updates have since been scarce, with even friends choosing to stay quiet in line with family wishes.

In 2018, leaks from medical sources revealed that Schumacher’s care costs approximately £50,000 per week. He has received treatment at various clinics, with reports indicating issues related to cardiology and recovery of the nervous system. Discussions around his care have included stem cell therapy and transplants, suggesting some progress has been made.

Former team manager Jean Todt stated that in 2020, he watched races with Schumacher, confirming that he is aware and able to comprehend his surroundings. Former racer Felipe Massa shared that Schumacher is in a challenging and extended recovery process.

With the Schumacher family’s consent, Netflix produced a documentary about him. Their 24-year-old son, Mick, who is following in his father’s footsteps as a champion in Formula 2 and Formula 3, expressed regret over not being able to discuss his professional journey with his father yet.

Corinna, Schumacher’s wife, has openly acknowledged that her husband has changed significantly. She describes him as a different person now, but emphasizes that he is alive and receiving rehabilitation, which is what matters most. She noted that Michael always protected her and their children, and now it is their turn to support him. Recently, Ralph, Schumacher’s brother, unintentionally confirmed his daughter-in-law’s sentiments about the extent of his transformation. Mick has expressed that he misses the father he knew before the accident.
