Demi Moore Reveals ‘Crazy’ Weight Loss Method After Second Birth: ‘Awkward and Humiliating’

Not long ago, Demi Moore made a shocking confession: in the fight for the ideal figure and appearance, she did not spare and, moreover, simply tortured herself. It was especially difficult for the actress after the birth of her middle daughter from Bruce Willis, Scout. To return to her previous shape, the star of “Ghost” resorted to drastic measures.

So, in preparation for her role in the film “Indecent Proposal”, Demi rode her bike 30 miles every day. The distance was not easy for her, but she put enormous pressure on herself just to get back into shape, which she had before pregnancy.

“I’ve had people tell me to lose weight. And as awkward and humiliating as it can be, that’s what I did to myself. I think Scout was about five or six months old when we were filming Indecent Proposal. So I’d nurse Scout all night, get up in the dark with sneakers, a headlamp, ride my bike all the way to Paramount, anywhere, even to the location where we were filming. Then I’d work 12 hours, and then I’d start all over again. Even the thought of what I was doing to my body seems so crazy and ridiculous to me,” Moore recalled to CBS Sunday.
