The artist’s cosmetics brand made a small mistake over the weekend by publishing a photo from the archives when the singer was still in a relationship with the actor.
55-year-old Jennifer Lopez constantly advertises her cosmetics brand JLo Beauty, the official account of which has many photos of the singer. However, the other day, the star’s team made an awkward situation. J. Lo, who is currently filing for divorce from 52-year-old Ben Affleck, published a selfie from her personal archive, where she wears a memorable piece of jewelry dedicated to her ex-husband. The artist had several gold chains around her neck, including an elegant “Ben” necklace, which Affleck ordered especially for Lopez’s birthday in 2022, as People magazine learned. Jennifer had previously been seen wearing this necklace several times, including in a video on her personal blog in March 2023.
The posts were deleted immediately after fans began commenting on the publication, pointing out the accessory, which had the name of the artist’s ex-husband written on it.
“Ben necklace,” the fan wrote, adding a heart emoji.
The post was then replaced with several shots of the brand’s products, including candles, cleansing cream, and shots of leaves.

In the past, Lopez has often worn jewelry that shows her love for her partner. In November 2022, she wore a sterling silver “Jennifer & Ben” necklace designed by Jennifer Zoiner. As for Bennifer’s divorce news, so far it is known that the couple reunited last week at a back-to-school party for their children in Los Angeles. Lopez has twins Max and Emma with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Affleck has three children — Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel — with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Despite their outward friendship, sources claim that reconciliation is not in the cards for the celebrity couple and that they are still planning to divorce.
