Recently, the public has been harsh on the Hadid sisters: first, Gigi faced criticism for paparazzi photos showing her in a less-than-flattering light, and now it’s Bella’s turn. The 27-year-old supermodel recently posted a video discussing some of her morning rituals. Naturally, Bella filmed the clip without any makeup.
Tabloids quickly picked up on the TikTok video, and soon Bella Hadid au naturel was seen not only by her social media followers but by the world at large. Haters and armchair critics were quick to chime in, deriding her appearance and noting that there is little left of her natural look after her plastic surgeries. They even claimed that those surgeries weren’t particularly successful, arguing that Bella looks 20 years older (Victoria Bonya, who had surgery by Hadid’s surgeon, would surely have something to say about this!).
“Who needs cosmetics when you can pay for a completely new face?” “Extremely unappealing, looks 47,” “As she ages, her soft facial features become more masculine,” “Remember when she was declared the most beautiful woman in the world?” — clearly suggesting that it’s time to pass that title on to someone else. At least they haven’t yet advised her to leave the runway, as Gigi has already received such a recommendation.
