Hollywood stars spent a family day with their children. Ben Affleck couldn’t hide the fact that he is still attracted to Jennifer Lopez.
The still legally married couple met for lunch with their children at the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel in California over the weekend. Jennifer opted for a casual look – she paired a black crop top with long sleeves and dark blue high-waisted jeans. The 55-year-old actress and singer arrived at the establishment together with her 16-year-old twins Emmy and Max from her marriage to singer and actor Marc Anthony.
Ben looked casual in a bright blue shirt, light blue jeans and his favorite sneakers. The 52-year-old actor was accompanied by his children from Jennifer Garner – 15-year-old Seraphina and 12-year-old Samuel. The eldest daughter of the former spouses, 18-year-old Violet, is currently studying at college in Connecticut.
Lopez and Affleck, despite being in the process of getting a divorce, were friendly, to say the least. When they met, they shared a warm hug and a kiss on the cheek. On the way to the restaurant, the actors stayed close to each other and chatted animatedly with smiles. An insider said that it was Ben’s idea to meet there.
He wanted the media to take pictures of them together, to prove that he and J.Lo were still friends, and to stop the tension. “Ben wanted those pictures. You go there when you want to be seen. There are paparazzi there all the time,” the source said.
Jennifer and Ben looked like they were back in their honeymoon phase. “Ben obviously didn’t expect Jennifer to be so irresistible.
