Salvia grew up in a village in North Wales and her perception of the world was influenced by the natural environment she grew up surrounded by.
She looked at all these high hills, forests, rivers and for a long time she could not understand who she was. But when she watched the TV show “RuPaul’s Drag Race”, she was able to understand her feelings that overwhelmed her with thoughts that concerned her gender.
Salvia once said: “I have gender dysphoria and this prompted me to make myself a person of indeterminate gender, I feel more comfortable when no one knows my real gender.”
Gender dysphoria is a mental state of dissatisfaction with one’s gender, which leads to a person deciding to change their gender.
Salvia has found her own means of self-expression, which helps her to be who she wants. With the help of clothes and make-up, she creates images that are beyond comprehension. It is worth looking at these images, as suddenly the line between female and male begins to disappear, and in the head there is complete confusion.
Salvia’s appearance shows that she is not from our world. Of course, it takes her a lot of time and effort to create such images.
As Salvia says, depending on the complexity of the image, she needs about two to three hours for everything.
“I think beauty is very subjective, and dressing up helps me see what my imagination is capable of,” the girl says.
She doesn’t have to change her appearance to be beautiful to herself, but it is very important for her self-expression.
“With my activities I want to show people that they have everything they need to be free and live their lives the way they want and not be afraid.”
