The apartment is in an old building. It was bought inexpensively because it had been renovated during the Soviet Union. So it was necessary to completely redesign the apartment, and then do the renovation.
This is what it looked like before the renovation:

First, the interior partitions and all the old coverings on the walls, floor and ceiling were dismantled.

After this, all communications were replaced: the heating system, water supply and electricity.

New windows and an entrance door were also installed.
Here is the layout of the apartment with the final result:

The kitchen-living room after the redevelopment turned out to be 6 square meters in size, a sofa was installed here, which can serve as an additional place to sleep, a round table was installed in the kitchen. Where the arrow is in the photo, there is a home theater.

In the bedroom, they installed a spacious bed, allocated space for a work area, and installed a wardrobe along the entire wall.

In the bathroom, the floor and walls were tiled, a shower was installed, and a window was left through which natural light enters.

In the toilet, a space was allocated for a washing machine.

The hallway was equipped with lighting that reacts to movement.
