Jennifer Lopez’s fans are disappointed by the news: the actress has officially put her dream home, her family nest, up for sale. She had hoped that this Beverly Hills mansion would be the place where she would happily grow old with her beloved, Ben Affleck. However, life turned out to be more complicated. Now, the listing of the house confirms her final decision to divorce Ben.

Rumors about Jennifer wanting to sell the house began circulating early last month. Photos of her mansion appeared on the website of a real estate company—Zillow, through which Lopez and Affleck had bought the home in the spring of 2023. Initially, the listing stated “House Sold,” retaining the old information about the previous purchase by the celebrity couple. But recently, things changed. At Jennifer’s request, the mansion was officially listed for public sale.
Moreover, a price tag was added, which turned out to be quite impressive. Lopez is asking for $68 million, which is $3 million more than she paid for it last year. Well, if her marriage has fallen apart, at least she’ll receive some financial consolation.

For $68 million, the future buyer will acquire what realtors claim is an exclusive property. The estate features an impressive array of amenities: a 15-car garage with an additional 50-space open parking area, a basketball court, a gym, and a large outdoor pool. The main mansion boasts nearly 4,000 square feet, with 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. Additionally, there is a guesthouse of 1,000 square feet next to the main residence.

Naturally, now that only Jennifer and her twins from her previous marriage to Marc Anthony—Max and Emme—remain in the house, such a large space is no longer necessary. Initially, the plan was for Ben’s three children from his previous marriage to Jennifer Garner to also live there. However, his two daughters and son have now permanently moved to their mother’s house. Meanwhile, Ben has rented a place in Brentwood, for which he pays $100,000 a month.
