The man recently published old images of himself that made him look unrecognizable on Instagram as he pondered his life before becoming famous. Nusret became well-known not just for his cooking abilities but also for the unique way he presented meat dishes, which made him stand out from other chefs all over the world.
Even though he is now successful, Nusret Gökçe had many difficulties on his path to recognition. Due to financial difficulties, he was obliged to leave school and begin working at an early age to support his family.
He developed his meat-preparation abilities while working as an assistant cook at a restaurant when he was fourteen years old. He built his first little steakhouse at the age of twenty-seven, with room for just a few patrons.
“Even after facing obstacles like not being accepted for training in the United States, I persisted in perfecting my skill in meat preparation,” he remembers. “In the end, that perseverance helped me become among the best in the industry.”
As the proprietor of a popular steakhouse chain today, Nusret’s restaurants draw famous customers, with minimum meal costs of $1,700 to $2,000.
