Initially, this couple was attracted by the prospect of becoming owners of apartments in a modern residential complex. However, budget limitations adjusted their plans, directing their gaze to purchasing an apartment in an outdated building.

With an expanse of 80 square meters, this home greeted its new owners in a state that caused anxiety and discomfort.

Wanting to optimize costs, the couple decided to invest not in the cost of housing, but in its transformation, paying special attention to major renovations.

Renovation costs reached about 50 thousand dollars, including the inevitable changes in the layout, which included an elegant kitchen with laconic white walls and a harmonious set of furniture, as well as a cozy dark area with an inviting bar counter.

The interior is complemented by an exquisite emerald sofa in the seating area, a dining area with an elegant round table and a uniquely designed balcony, ideal for warm evenings.

The bedroom is decorated in a minimalist spirit, with a dominant black wall and a comfortable double bed.

A functional dressing room is provided for storing clothes and accessories.

Particular attention was paid to the design of the bathroom, where a hammam appeared – a solution that the owners rated as one of the best for this space.
