A large family home that everyone would want to live in.

This house looks like it came out of an American movie from the 60s: an elegant spiral staircase, a fireplace in the living room and wide double doors leading to the courtyard where everyone gathered for a barbecue. Let’s see!

This two-story home of almost 200 m² combines four bedrooms, two spacious living rooms, a large kitchen, a separate laundry room in the basement, a veranda at the entrance, a basement and even a patio in the backyard.

The interior of the house combines several styles: Scandinavian (white walls and light colors in the decoration, wide windows, lots of daylight) and American (lots of free space, massive furniture, large fireplace).

The kitchen in the house is really big. All the necessary appliances and plenty of storage space fit here, as well as a dining table and a kitchen island, which serves as an additional workspace and bar counter. All the furniture in the kitchen is wooden – this makes the space even more cozy.

There are two living rooms in the house. A fireplace was installed in one of them, and next to it there was a large bookcase. And what could be more beautiful than the crackling of logs in the fireplace, a favorite book in your hands, and snowfall outside the window?

The second living room is more classic. There is a large dining table, two sofas, a buffet for crystal glassware and, of course, a piano: the family organizes classical music evenings for friends.

In the rooms for adults, the only furniture is a bed and a wardrobe. These bedrooms have one leading color – white or gray. 

Upon entering the second floor there is another space for relaxation, sometimes serving as a guest room.

There are several bathrooms in the house. One stands out from all of them, with a tiled floor and white tiles on the walls. A concrete wall trimmed with glass zones the shower area. A hanging chest of drawers and a dark wood mirrored cabinet complete the space. The second and third bathrooms look simpler, but are also comfortable.

The corridor in the house is large and spacious. To zone it, tiles were laid at the entrance. 

The basement floor includes a laundry room. There is also a storage room and a basement here, very convenient. 

An equally convenient space in the home is the backyard patio. In the summer, the owners of the cottage move the dining table here, and when it gets colder, they “dress” the chairs in blankets and enjoy the rare warm evenings.
