From old toilet to stunning transformation! 🚽✨ When This Girl Decided To Buy An Old Toilet, Everyone Was Confused. See how one girl’s unique vision turned confusion into admiration. You won’t believe the incredible makeover! 🛠️🏡
There is a place in London that few people pay attention to. A small and inconspicuous entrance to a basement located near Hyde Park. This room has been empty for many years. And even earlier there was a public toilet there.
But that was a long time ago: more than six years ago. All these years the premises were closed, only some homeless animals wandered inside, who needed a roof over their heads. And so everything would have remained if the old toilet had not been noticed by Laura Clark, a young and ambitious architect.
As soon as Laura saw this room, she knew she needed it. Even the fact that the toilet was in terrible condition didn’t affect her decision: the walls were destroyed, there was trash everywhere, and traces of the life of all the stray animals that had once been here could be seen on the floors.

Few people would have warm feelings about something like this. But Laura still wanted to buy this toilet. She had enough creativity to understand that even from such a pile of trash you can make a real candy. The main thing is just to put in a little effort.
The underground toilet had been closed since 1980, meaning no one had used it for over thirty years. Laura thought it would be a good idea to turn the place into something public, like a café or a bar.

But the girl had to change her plans. After numerous negotiations with the authorities, Laura realized that opening a public space in a former toilet was not that easy. Then she decided that she would transform this space into an ideal apartment.
None of Laura’s friends appreciated her intentions. They thought she was crazy. No one would want to live in a place like that, that’s what they said.

But Laura didn’t care what they thought, she got to work. She did almost everything herself, sometimes only asking her friends for help.
Laura hardly involved outside specialists in her project, turning to them only in the most extreme cases, when she realized that she vitally needed outside help, that she could not cope on her own. It was important for her to do as much work as possible with her own hands. And she did it perfectly!

The project cost Laura five million rubles. This estimate included the purchase price of the premises, as well as all the costs of repairs and consultations with lawyers. The amount is significant, but not as huge as it might seem.
You can’t buy a flat of that size for that price in London. So Laura saved a lot of money by remodelling the old toilet. Buying a flat would have cost five times more, if not more.
People who see the converted room cannot believe that there was once a toilet here. The “before” and “after” are so different that it is really hard to believe in such a thing.

Laura herself says that the result was a surprise to her. The apartment turned out too beautiful. This is a reward for all the efforts.

If you didn’t know, you would never be able to tell that there used to be stray animals running around here and trash everywhere.

The room has changed beyond recognition. Even those who have seen it before can no longer believe their eyes.

Friends no longer condemn Laura for her decision, on the contrary, they envy her beautiful apartment.

Laura added this space to her portfolio. It is the best project of all that are there.
