Briefly
This small modular house is designed for rental. The interior of the room is made in a minimalist modern style with the common room divided into a kitchen, dining room and bedroom.

Details
The house is quite small; it was built on a pile foundation. The veranda floor and facades are made of larch treated with a protective compound. Part of the facades and the roof are made of metal profiles in an asphalt shade. Large panoramic windows are the highlight of the house. Inside, the space is single, divided into zones by furniture.
The house is insulated and suitable for all-season living; it has a “warm” floor. A light-colored laminate was used as flooring. For the walls we chose blanched lining and chipboard panels.

The kitchen is quite small, with no overhead storage. At the same time, there is everything for preparing a light dinner and breakfast. The appliances are mostly free-standing – an electric stove with two burners, a small refrigerator. A water filter was provided.

It was possible to install a full double bed in the sleeping area. They provided sconces for reading and additional lighting. The heaters are ceramic, they do not dry out the air and create a comfortable microclimate.

The small bathroom contained a shower, sink and toilet. Chipboard panels with a concrete texture were used on the walls. There is a window for ventilation to prevent condensation.
