In a candid interview with Deadline, she revealed that her co-star Channing Tatum pulled what she described as a shocking “surprise” prank on her during a beach scene. According to Seyfried, it was such a bizarre and disgusting joke that it could easily be considered a “red flag” moment. “You know what I mean, Inko Williams?” she added, hinting at how strange it all was.
Recalling the incident, Amanda said, “He once peed on my foot, and at first, I didn’t even notice. We were just standing on the beach, filming, when I suddenly thought, ‘Oh… why is he so close to me? What the…?’” The actress admitted that the prank initially left her baffled and disgusted, but it was only the beginning of Tatum’s unconventional sense of humor that day.
As if peeing on her foot weren’t enough, the prank escalated. Amanda revealed that Tatum also allegedly peed into a cup of coffee that was sitting nearby and then quickly ran off before anyone could react. “I started screaming immediately,” she recalled. “And at that moment, one of the makeup artists picked up the cup and was about to take a sip! I had to rush over and save her before it was too late.”
Despite this shocking incident, Seyfried was quick to stress that she and Channing were actually very close on set. “We were best friends while filming,” she said.
