🔥 The wait is over — the 2026 Australian Firefighters Calendar is finally here! And this year’s edition might just be the most breathtaking one yet! 😍📅
Known around the world for its stunning photos of heroic firefighters — often shirtless and sometimes cuddling adorable animals 🐶🐱🐴 — the calendar isn’t just about good looks. It’s also a powerful force for good, raising money for children’s hospitals, mental health programs for first responders, global disaster relief, and animal welfare causes. ❤️🌍
For 2026, fans can pick from five exciting editions: Dogs, Cats, Horses, a Mixed Animal version, and the Hero Edition — which spotlights the firefighters themselves in all their glory 🔥💪. Each calendar also includes exclusive behind-the-scenes extras, giving supporters a peek into the lives of these everyday heroes. Over the years, proceeds have gone toward helping victims of natural disasters, from U.S. hurricane recovery in 2024 to rescuing animals affected by the devastating California wildfires in 2025. 🐾🌪️

📸 David Rogers, the calendar’s director, shared that the team visits Pasadena every year for CatCon — America’s biggest cat-lover event. “Witnessing familiar places engulfed by flames and hearing locals’ stories was heartbreaking,” he told PEOPLE. The crew quickly created a special edition calendar to raise funds for displaced animals, donating all proceeds to the Pasadena Humane Society (PHS).
🐱 Kevin McManus, PHS’s communications director, expressed heartfelt thanks:
“Because the Australian firefighters are so familiar with wildfire devastation, their compassion meant the world to us. Their support helped countless animals affected by the Eaton Fire.”

But their kindness doesn’t stop there. Earlier this year, the calendar team also donated to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund after severe flooding struck Texas — helping rebuild homes, restore mental health services, and bring hope back to affected communities. 🌊💖
👨🚒 Firefighter Lincoln Decker shared his personal connection:
“My sister lives near the flood-hit areas. Being part of the relief effort made me incredibly proud.”
