Nicole Kidman’s ex-husband, musician Keith Urban, changed the lyrics of a song about his romance with Kidman to include the name of his new 25-year-old guitarist.
It hadn’t even been a few weeks since the divorce when 57-year-old Keith found a young replacement for 58-year-old Nicole. Apparently, sharp-eyed internet users have already figured out who Urban is rumored to be dating.
Foreign media report that Keith Urban shocked fans by altering the lyrics of a song about his romance with Nicole Kidman to include the name of his new guitarist. In a new video circulating online, Keith can be seen performing the song “The Fighter” at a recent concert. Fans noticed the change in the lyrics. Keith sings:
“When they try to get to you, Maggie, I’ll be your guitarist.”
The original lyrics were:
“When they try to get to you, darling, I’ll be your fighter.”
Interestingly, the video was posted on Instagram by his 25-year-old guitarist, Maggie Baugh, who performed the song with him on stage. Maggie added emojis to the post and captioned it:
“Did he just say that?”
On her Instagram, users have already started commenting on Urban and Kidman’s recent divorce. Here’s what they wrote:
