Heather Thomas, 67, the former ’80s bombshell famous for playing Jody Banks in The Fall Guy, was recently spotted in Los Angeles enjoying a casual cigarette break. Sporting frayed white denim shorts and a wide-brimmed straw hat, she still flaunts her sun-kissed legs and signature long blonde hair. Though she’s long stepped away from Hollywood, Thomas remains a beloved figure for fans of the classic action series.

Thomas rose to fame in the 1980s, starring alongside Lee Majors and Douglas Barr in The Fall Guy (1981–1986), which followed stunt performers doubling as bounty hunters. Her film work includes Zapped! (1982), Cyclone (1987), and Against the Law (1997). After leaving acting, she became a writer, author, and activist.

Yet her Hollywood life had a dark side. Thomas was repeatedly stalked, experiencing break-ins, threats, and even bullets and stolen funeral wreaths. In one terrifying moment, a stalker entered her bedroom, forcing her to defend herself. Concern for her daughters only heightened the danger, ultimately prompting her exit from the industry in the early ’90s.

She married entertainment lawyer Skip Brittenham in 1992, and together they have three daughters. Today, Thomas enjoys a quieter life focused on writing and advocacy. Her legacy endures: in 2024, The Fall Guy was reimagined as a feature film starring Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt, with Thomas making a cameo that delighted longtime fans.
