Style With No Fear: 7-Year-Old Boy’s Perfect Reply to Haters Goes Viral!

Marie Osmond was born into a big Utah family as the eighth of nine children, raised in a home deeply rooted in both music and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Even though two of her older brothers were born deaf, her parents continued growing their family, nurturing a household of talent that eventually rose to fame as The Osmonds. From early childhood, Marie was surrounded by show business—appearing with her brothers on The Andy Williams Show at just four years old and later co-hosting the hit variety series Donny & Marie alongside her brother Donny from 1976 to 1979.

While she wasn’t officially a member of The Osmonds, Marie pursued her own musical path. Her breakout single, Paper Roses, shot to the top of the country charts and reached the top five on Billboard’s pop chart. Other songs, including In My Little Corner of the World, cemented her success. Soon after, she and Donny formed a chart-topping pop duo, recording favorites like Morning Side of the Mountain and I’m Leaving It All Up to You, which made them one of the most beloved sibling acts in music.

Life in the spotlight, however, came with its struggles. As the only girl in a family of nine, Marie faced enormous pressure over her looks, leading to battles with weight and eating disorders. Later, she endured postpartum depression and the devastating loss of her son to suicide. Her personal life also included two divorces—first from Stephen Craig and later from Brian Blosil—before she eventually remarried Craig in 2011, brought back together by their son Stephen.

Through it all, Marie stayed devoted to her career. She fondly recalled decades of stage performances, from dazzling costumes to wearing a tight corset while starring in The King and I on Broadway—a challenge she remembered with both humor and pride. She also overcame personal setbacks, including a house fire that destroyed belongings but spared cherished photographs. Fans admired her resilience and hoped to see her take the stage again.

Marie and Donny’s partnership remained one of the highlights of her career. Their celebrated Las Vegas residency lasted 11 years, drawing audiences from around the world. When it ended in 2019, both siblings admitted it was bittersweet but expressed gratitude for the nightly chance to share music, laughter, and their unique sibling chemistry. Donny praised Marie’s talent, and she credited their closeness as family for the magic they created together on stage.
