Four years ago, Cole Prohaska weighed over 265 kilograms. His daily diet consisted of about 5,000 calories, and he moved very little.

He admits that he led a very sedentary lifestyle since childhood. He started gaining weight rapidly at just six years old, and by the time he reached forty, his body had become a heavy burden, making it hard not only to live but even to breathe.

In 2021, he stepped on the scale, which showed its maximum limit—over 265 kilograms. He didn’t even know his exact weight because the scale wasn’t designed for numbers that high. That moment was a wake-up call.

But while many would have given up, Cole decided to change everything. He didn’t begin with grueling workouts or strict diets — he simply put on his sneakers and started walking.

At first, he could only walk a couple of blocks, struggling to breathe and stopping at every corner. But he made a promise to himself: just keep moving. And he kept that promise.

Every day, he added a little more — a few extra steps, an additional minute of walking, a bit less food. These simple actions became the foundation of his new life.

Gradually, short walks turned into full daily workouts. As a result, by 2023, Cole had lost 163 kilograms.

Even with such incredible results, he was hesitant for a long time to share his transformation. He felt that his old self — insecure, tired, and lonely — was still hiding inside his new body.
