In our yard, we found these strange little black balls and thought they were just seeds from some plant 😲 But the truth turned out to be much worse 😨 I recommend that if you notice anything like this, be sure to contact a specialist to protect your health and the health of your pets.
We live in a fairly quiet neighborhood where nothing unusual usually happens. But last week, all the neighbors were genuinely shocked.
One of our neighbors, while walking her dog, noticed strange clusters of tiny black eggs in the yard. They looked like shiny beads stuck together in a pile, and for some reason, immediately caused concern.
At first, we thought it might be something harmless — maybe seeds, trash, or insect eggs.
But the more we looked, the stronger the feeling of danger grew: these eggs were too dense, strangely shiny, and were located right at the edge of the lawn, where children and pets often run.
One of the neighbors called a pest control expert. After inspecting the find, he gave a verdict that sent chills down our spines: these were tick eggs.

The expert told us that ticks are not just unpleasant parasites. They carry serious diseases, including Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever.
The larvae hatching from these eggs can quickly find hosts among pets or humans.
We were explained that tick eggs are usually very small, about 0.5 mm, and look like poppy seeds. They often hide in grass clumps, under leaves, or even in piles of old firewood. That’s why finding such eggs should never be ignored.
To get rid of them, the specialist recommended several steps:

✅ Remove all leaves and debris around the area where the eggs were found
✅ Consult a veterinarian to treat your pets
✅ Plant tick-repelling plants such as rosemary, chrysanthemums, or mint
✅ Keep your lawn closely mowed
✅ Move wood piles away from the house to prevent ticks from hiding there
If you ever notice similar strange clusters, don’t hesitate — it’s better to be safe and contact professionals than to deal with serious consequences later.
