I’ve had so much lip filler that breathing is difficult and my mouth won’t fully close… yet I’m not ready to give it up

A transgender woman who has had so much lip filler that she now struggles to breathe and can’t fully close her mouth says she’s far from finished with her enhancements.

Vienna Würstel, 25, from Mallorca, Spain, has been “obsessed” with looking “extra feminine” since she was young.

A transgender woman who has gotten so much lip filler she now has breathing problems and can't close her mouth has insisted that she's far from done

She got her first filler at 18—as soon as she legally could—and hasn’t stopped since. Over the past five years, she’s spent around $175,000 on plastic surgery, with roughly $50,000 of that on fillers alone, and she has no plans to slow down.

“I’ve always wanted to look extra feminine,” she told the Daily Mail. “I got my first fillers as soon as I could legally. Once I started, it became an obsession—big lips, big curves, big everything. To me, huge lips are the ultimate feminine and sexy look.”

Ever since Vienna Würstel, 25, who lives in Mallorca, Spain, was young, she has been 'obsessed' with looking 'extra feminine'

Vienna gets new lip filler every two to four weeks, often traveling from Spain to Frankfurt, Germany, to see what she calls “the best extreme lip surgeon ever.” Each trip costs over $2,000, but she says, “Beauty has no price tag—it’s totally worth it.”

She frequently posts pictures of her large lips on social media, where she faces plenty of criticism. However, she isn’t discouraged.

“I receive a lot of hate, especially about my lips or appearance,” she said. “It usually comes from women whose boyfriends won’t ‘allow’ them to get work done or from people who can’t afford it. It’s all jealousy and projection. No happy person goes around leaving hateful comments.”

She got her very first filler at age 18 - as 'soon as she could legally' - and hasn't stopped since then

Despite the negativity, Vienna’s friends, family, and partner are supportive, and she says she feels “very loved.”

She’s also experienced health issues from the fillers. Her lips have become very sensitive, her nose is blocked, forcing her to breathe through her mouth, and she can no longer close her mouth properly. This has caused problems like sore throats in the mornings.

She's now forked over roughly $175,000 on plastic surgery in the last five years - about $50,000 of which went to her filler - and she has no plans on stopping any time soon

“I use special mouthwash from my dentist to keep my gums healthy. But honestly, it’s worth it—I love my lips so much.”

Vienna often shows off her enormous lips on social media, where she's unfortunately received a slew of hate over her abnormal look

Vienna plans to keep getting fillers; she’s currently at 93cc and aims to reach 200cc by this time next year. She also intends to have her first nose job and a cat-eye lift soon.

“I’m obsessed,” she said. “I live by the motto: bigger is always better.”
