Meet Arrow — a dog who’s been through more pain than most can imagine. Despite his unusual appearance, Arrow has a heart full of love that touches everyone who meets him.
Arrow’s journey began in heartbreak. As a puppy, he was found in terrible condition outside an animal rescue center — wounded and alone. He had been viciously attacked by another dog, leaving him with a severe bite to the jaw. Rescuers acted fast, doing everything they could to save him.
Sadly, the injury had become infected and gangrenous, and vets had no choice but to remove a large portion of Arrow’s jaw to save his life.
It was a risky surgery, performed by Dr. Sidhu, a compassionate veterinarian from California. Deeply moved by Arrow’s story, Dr. Sidhu went beyond his duty — he personally committed to caring for Arrow and becoming part of his recovery.
Against all odds, Arrow pulled through and began a new chapter.
Though he will always live without his jaw, Arrow doesn’t let it hold him back. He’s energetic, joyful, and above all, deeply loved by his adoptive family. His zest for life is clear in everything he does.
His new family doesn’t mind the mess he makes when he eats. They happily walk him, cuddle him, and clean up the little piles of pebbles that tumble from his mouth. To them, Arrow isn’t just a pet — he’s their child.
