Just days ago, she found herself at the center of another scandal — this time for smoking on an airplane, which alarmed flight attendants and resulted in yet another official warning.
During a flight from Cabo San Lucas to Los Angeles, Spears was reportedly drinking alcohol and lit a cigarette, violating federal aviation regulations. The incident concerned the flight crew aboard the charter plane, who insisted that the 43-year-old singer extinguish her cigarette. While Britney complied, the crew still contacted authorities to report the incident.
According to People, when the plane landed at LAX, Spears was met by officials and issued a formal warning about her in-flight behavior before being released. Sources also told the outlet that this is not the first warning Britney has received.

Britney addressed the situation herself on Instagram, claiming that the flight attendant disliked her from the moment she boarded the plane. According to the singer, the attendant acted strangely and invaded her personal space while helping her fasten her seatbelt.
It’s worth noting that Britney Spears has been deemed an unwelcome guest at several hotels due to previous behavioral issues.
