82-year-old Barbra Streisand is happily married to 84-year-old James Brolin.
The two stars met on a blind date and tied the knot two years later. They’ve now been together for 27 years.
James recently revealed how they keep the spark alive in their marriage.
“The best investment we ever made was our mattress,” Brolin shared. “And don’t get me wrong—we’re both lazy. We love to sleep in. We do a lot of work on the phone, on paper, reading—right next to each other.”
The actor also emphasized that long walks with his wife have helped them stay connected.
“We learned to walk together. Both of us—not just me. I think you just have to tell yourself, ‘Alright, let’s take a deep breath and go for a walk.’ You know, animals do that too?”
Barbra’s first husband was actor Elliott Gould, whom she married in 1963. The couple divorced eight years later and have one son together.
Over the years, Barbra has dated several well-known figures, including Pierre Elliott Trudeau, Richard Gere, Clint Eastwood, Liam Neeson, Jon Voight, and others.
Streisand also made a bold statement about Michael Jackson, saying that the musician had “particular sexual needs.”
