Terrifying Scene: 💔😭Passenger Plane with Close to 200 Passengers Catches Fire Just Before Leaving South Korean Airport

A passenger plane with nearly 200 people onboard caught fire just before departing from Gimhae International Airport in Busan, South Korea – and the terrifying inferno was caught on video.

The blaze destroyed an Air Busan Airbus A321, but miraculously, all 169 passengers and 7 crew members were able to evacuate using the plane’s emergency slides. Only a few individuals sustained minor injuries.

Dramatic footage shows the plane engulfed in flames on the tarmac on Tuesday night, as firefighters worked to extinguish the fire with thick smoke pouring from the fuselage.

The fire is believed to have started near the tail of the plane as it was preparing for a flight to Hong Kong.

This incident comes just a month after a Boeing passenger jet crashed at a different South Korean airport, killing 179 of the 181 people aboard. The crash was caused by a landing gear malfunction, marking the deadliest aviation disaster in South Korean history.
