But then, the passenger raised his voice and asked, “DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHO I AM?”

Without skipping a beat, she grabbed the mic and announced, “May I have your attention, please? We have a passenger at Gate 22 who DOES NOT KNOW WHO HE IS. If anyone can help him identify himself, please come to Gate 22 immediately.” 😱
