The world’s most muscular woman is Nataliya Kuznetsova, a 33-year-old female bodybuilder who has won world titles in armlifting, bench press, and deadlift.
This Russian “she-Hulk” used to be a scrawny adolescent. Most importantly, it used to be the reason she was bullied. She weighed just 40 kg when she was 14 years old.
Her path into the world of bodybuilding began when her father thought that going to the gym would make her feel more confident.
“When I was growing up, I was a shy little mouse,” she remembers.
The most muscular lady in the world now weighs between 246 and 275 pounds.
Nataliya won a bodybuilding title in her home region of Zabaykalsky Krai, Russia, when she was fifteen years old.
“Like everyone else, I didn’t have any goals when I first started going to the gym, but after three months, my trainer asked if I wanted to compete in bodybuilding.”
Her powerlifting career began at that point.
According to The Famous People, Nataliya was declared the Cup Eastern Europe (GPA) Champion in 2015 after winning the 2014 Cup of Eurasia in Vologda, Russia.
She has been breaking records in the NAP bench press, deadlifting, and powerlifting.
Being flawless isn’t important; what matters is showing up, working hard, and doing the tasks at hand to become the person you want to be. She posted on Facebook, “Every day is another chance to go a little further forward.”

Nataliya is the most muscular woman in the world and a graduate of the Moscow State Academy of Physical Culture. She also participated in the Manon Lescaut performance at the Bolshoi Theatre in Russia.
She refers to her ex bodybuilding husband, Vladislav Kuznetsov, as her greatest supporter.
They don’t mind that she is larger than him.

“We have a very contemporary love story. More specifically, Odnoklassniki, a Russian social networking site, is where we first connected online. We simply spoke as friends for a while,” she stated in 2019.
“People definitely recognize me,” she told the LedBible. Under clothing, an athletic body is visible. A lot of people ask to take pictures with me because they recognize me. My name is even well-known.

In the past, Nataliya had trouble finding sponsors, but as her powerlifting career took off, numerous businesses sought to collaborate with her. She is currently employed by a number of nutrition companies, including RPS Nutrition and Oxytropin.
Although she acknowledges that some people may find her appearance “terrifying,” she continues, “The classical standards and norms are long gone.”
According to Nataliya, the mirror serves as her best advisor.
