There is no bad blood between the former lovebirds, despite the comedian previously publicly telling her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson to “run away from her.” A source told Page Six that the former lovers were seen kissing at Spago during Netflix’s Golden Globes after-party on Sunday, January 5.
“They were kissing and being affectionate with each other,” the insider said. “She had her arms around his neck and his hands were on her waist. They were very close and then they kissed a couple of times.
Another source told Page Six that the couple were simply having a good time.
They’re friendly exes, so they were just having nice conversations.
Kate and Matt reportedly met through a mutual friend and broke up after a year of dating. In 2019, Rife was asked during an interview if he would ever return to being a movie star, to which he replied no.
“No way. It was tough,” he said. “A lot of ups and downs, but she moved on and I’m happy for her,” Rife concluded.
