Reality star injured at her son’s birthday party.
Kim Kardashian had barely had time to enjoy her new campaign in support of the SKIMS ski collection when she herself had to forget about her favorite sport for a while. Kim posted a photo on social media of her leg in a cast and with crutches.
“I broke my leg during the holidays,” she explained, without going into details of what happened.
By holidays, Kardashian most likely means the recent birthday party for her son Saint. The boy turned 9 years old. Interestingly, it is connected to another injury of Kim’s. This summer, she broke her index and middle fingers so badly that the broken bone was visible under the skin.
“I have a big sliding door in my bathroom that doesn’t have a latch. And to close it, you have to pull out the inside part of the mechanism,” she explained on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in July.
Kim said nine-year-old Saint ran into the bathroom with chips and when she told him to put them away, the door slammed shut, hitting her fingers.
“I looked at my hand and literally fell to the floor. I just grabbed the table and dropped to my knees because I saw all this blood. I can’t even describe the pain, my whole body was in shock. It was much more painful than childbirth,” Kardashian said.
