Jay-Z Responds to Shocking Allegation Involving 13-Year-Old 😡

One of the most influential musicians in the world, despite all his efforts, still found himself embroiled in a high-profile scandal with close friend P. Diddy (Sean Combs), who is currently under arrest on suspicion of rape and sex trafficking. The girl, listed in legal documents as Jane Doe, accused Jay-Z of raping her together with P. Daddy in 2000, when she was 13 years old.

Shawn Carter has been married to singer Beyoncé since 2008. The couple are raising three children – 12-year-old Blue Ivy and 7-year-old twins Rumi and Sir. The rapper released an emotional statement after filing the lawsuit. He claims that the accuser is trying to make money off of his big name.

“The only thing that breaks my heart is my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at an age where his friends will likely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these allegations and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn another loss of innocence. Children should not have to go through this at such a young age. It is unfair to try to understand inexplicable acts of evil that are designed to destroy families and the human spirit,” Jay-Z said.

The 22-time Grammy Award winner claimed that Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing the alleged victim, attempted to blackmail him. According to Shawn Carter, he did not agree to a plea deal despite knowing the scandal the lawsuit would cause. “My attorney received an attempt at blackmail, called a demand letter, from an ‘attorney’ named Tony Buzbee. He calculated that the nature of these allegations and the intense public scrutiny would force me to settle. No sir, it had the opposite effect! I wanted to expose you for the fraud that you are. So no, I will not give you a penny! ” the rapper said emotionally.
Tony Buzbee is currently pursuing over 100 cases against P. Diddy. Jay-Z said that he had inquired about the human rights activist and openly declared war on him. “These allegations are so vile in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one! Someone who committed such a crime against a minor should be incarcerated, don’t you agree? This lawyer has a penchant for this kind of theatrics! I have no idea how you became such a vile person, Mr. Buzbee, but I’ve seen your kind many times. I’m more than willing to deal with someone like you. My heart and my support go out to the real victims in this world who have to watch this gold digger in a cheap suit turn their life story into a lucrative business,” the founder of the Roc-A-Fella Records label said.

Jay-Z assured in his statement that Buzbee made a terrible error in judgment by putting all celebrities in the same category. The artist recalled that he came from a poor neighborhood and built his career from scratch, becoming one of the wealthiest musicians on the planet. “I am not from your world. I am a man who came from Brooklyn. We do not play that game. We have very strict rules and a code of honor.

We protect children, and you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists would believe idiotic allegations that, if not for the seriousness of the situation of harm to children, would be laughable. I look forward to showing you how different I am.” It was previously reported that the alleged rape occurred at a party on September 7, 2000, after the MTV Video Music Awards. The lawsuit was initially filed last October in the Southern District of New York against P. Diddy. On Sunday, the lawsuit was refiled, with Jay-Z now the second defendant.
