Clever mom!

The world has long been convinced that only men can be good builders. The fact is that men are physically stronger than women, they can easily carry heavy objects, hammer nails and do any other dirty work that may be beyond a woman’s strength.

But in practice, everything is far from so. Many women, due to different life situations, do repairs and improve their homes with their own hands. It is the woman, from time immemorial, who is considered the keeper of home comfort.

The woman we are going to tell you about today managed to make a comfortable corner out of a half-ruined house. She did a significant part of the work herself, and her husband and children helped her with some things. But it was she who was the head of the construction work.

The family lived in the United States for a long time. Circumstances developed in such a way that they had to return home to Vietnam. They did not have much money. Their only property was a small house. But because it had been empty for a long time, it became impossible to live in it.

A big plus was that the building was located in one of the most beautiful and elite areas of Ho Chi Minh City. The house is surrounded by greenery, there is a school nearby, many shops. To buy a house here, you had to pay a considerable amount of money. Therefore, the family was not going to refuse such an opportunity.

The woman decided to take matters into her own hands and renovate the house herself. She was not afraid of life’s difficulties. Having appointed herself a foreman, she set to work. Her husband and children had to obey her in everything. Of course, they could not cope without any outside help. Some moments required the assistance of specialists.

The family was short on funds. A lot of money was spent on the move to Vietnam itself. The family did not hire professional builders, but offered their neighbors to earn some extra money. People happily agreed, everyone needed money.

But, nevertheless, they needed the advice of an architect and designer. They drew up a detailed work plan, which greatly facilitated the construction process. They also needed professional help for the stability and durability of the structures. There is no way to save on this. Their lives are at stake.

The total area of the house is 60 square meters. This is how it is arranged inside.

The bathroom is combined with the toilet. It is decorated in soft light colors. It looks very dignified and modern. The fact that the bathroom and toilet are combined has its disadvantage. The family is large. While one of its members is taking a shower, another may want to go to the toilet.

The kitchen is a soft blue color, equipped with everything necessary. The doors of the kitchen cabinets, in which all the dishes are stored, are glass. It looks very nice and neat.

The bedroom and living room have an oriental style. The curtains serve to separate these two areas. The living room can easily be transformed into a dining room if the owners suddenly want to dine there.

The bedroom of the husband and wife resembles the king’s bed. In terms of design, this room is very different from the others. The interior was thought out to the smallest detail.

And here’s the exterior of the house. Remember how it looked originally? Hard to believe, right? The walls are painted dirty pink, and the front doors and window frames are blue. A very unusual combination.

With all her efforts, the woman managed to turn the ruins into a comfortable home.
