Controversial rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently behind bars awaiting trial, is accused of throwing a woman off a 17th-floor balcony. The incident allegedly took place in 2016 at the home of Diddy’s then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. The situation is becoming increasingly alarming. Additionally, Diddy has once again requested bail, specifically asking the judge to grant him house arrest on his private island.
Brianna “Ban” Bongolan has filed a lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging sexual assault, unlawful imprisonment, and other claims against Combs. Brianna states that she was at Ventura’s apartment when Combs arrived late one night and began harassing her. When Bongolan tried to push him away, Combs allegedly grabbed her, threw her over the 17th-floor balcony, and held her in the air. Afterward, the rapper pulled her back inside and assaulted her, slamming her into patio furniture.

Brianna is now seeking $10 million in compensation. Diddy’s team has issued a statement denying the allegations.
“Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious accusations and is confident that they will ultimately be proven baseless. He strongly believes in the facts and the fairness of the legal process. The truth will come to light in court,” stated his lawyers.
