35-year-old Eric Murphy proposed to 28-year-old Jasmine Lawrence. The young man arranged a true surprise for his girlfriend. Eric invited Jasmine to a restaurant, where a private room was decorated especially for her: the entire space was covered with candles and rose bouquets.
Jasmine was overwhelmed by the grandeur of it all and seemed to struggle to hold back tears. Then, her boyfriend knelt down in front of her, presented her with a ring, and asked her to be his wife. The daughter of the star from the comedy “Big Momma’s House” happily accepted.
“We’re engaged! God has truly blessed us with a love that feels like destiny. We are so excited for this next chapter of our lives,” the couple emotionally shared.
Eric and Jasmine began dating three years ago. The parents of the couple fully approve of their relationship and are already thinking about what their grandchildren might be like, given their bright genes.
Eddie Murphy has five children with model Nicole Mitchell, as well as two sons from different women. Former Spice Girls member Melanie Brown gave birth to a daughter with the actor. Murphy also has a daughter and son with model Paige Butcher, with whom he has been in a relationship for 12 years.
Martin Lawrence has three daughters. His eldest, Jasmine, was born from his first marriage, and her sisters from his second marriage.
